COUNTRY MANAGER POLAND

The Country Manager has overall responsibility for developing and executing a thorough strategic roadmap to maximise revenue and profitability. The principle objectives are to work as part of the senior WAG executive team to profitably develop and grow a highly focused business unit through:

Design and deployment of a strategic roadmap.
Recruitment and management of the sales and back office teams.
Propose and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets with the objective to maximize profitability and to sustain high level growth.
Roll out of the existing EUROWAG value proposition & customization to the local market conditions.
Development and implementation of an effective client recruitment and account management strategy to maximize market penetration, customer loyalty across the WAG client base and long term profitability.
Personal involvement in sales with large accounts.

Position reports to CE Cluster Director with place of work in Warsaw.

What can you expect on the role:

  • Drive the strategic business planning process and implement the strategic roadmap for the WAG business unit.
  • Design and deploy market penetration plan strategy to recruit new customers and secure recurring business.
  • Design and Implement account management strategy to ensure maximum profitability and secure WAG receivables.
  • Perform sales with large and small accounts.
  • Ensure optimum ratio between profitability and business growth.
  • Recruit, manage, motivate and develop a team of sales & account managers and customer service professionals.
  • Provide inspiration and strong leadership to the team. Create a culture of achievement - setting challenging revenue, profit and sales targets.

What are we expecting from you:

  • Sales person and business unit leader who knows how to motivate a team, ideally with experience in the fuel card area.
  • Be focus on client experience & services with strategic vision.
  • Good ability to win respect quickly from customers, suppliers and subordinates.
  • Determination to succeed, high level of energy – results driven personality
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude to change.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business unit management, ideally in the fuel card area.
  • Hold company budgetary and revenue responsibility
  • Managed a team of both sales and back office professionals.
  • Experience of holding relationships at senior level with small companies and large corporation alike.
  • Experience of working in business-to-business environment.
