The Country Manager has overall responsibility for developing and executing a thorough strategic roadmap to maximise revenue and profitability. The principle objectives are to work as part of the senior WAG executive team to profitably develop and grow a highly focused business unit through:
Design and deployment of a strategic roadmap.
Recruitment and management of the sales and back office teams.
Propose and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets with the objective to maximize profitability and to sustain high level growth.
Roll out of the existing EUROWAG value proposition & customization to the local market conditions.
Development and implementation of an effective client recruitment and account management strategy to maximize market penetration, customer loyalty across the WAG client base and long term profitability.
Personal involvement in sales with large accounts.
Position reports to CE Cluster Director with place of work in Warsaw.
