Company W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s. is offering a part time job in our Procurement & Logistics Department.

What can you expect on the role:

  • Support of Supplier Manager and Procurement Director
  • Contract management
  • Sorting out the incoming contracts (from admin perspective)
  • Securing all the necessary signatures while following actual Attestation Rules
  • Preparing Cover sheets (partially) for the contracts
  • Securing upload of the signed contracts to the system in cooperation with office management
  • Sending the originals of signed contracts to all relevant parties
  • Creating JIRA ticket in our system
  • Meeting minutes from Team Meetings and Supplier Management Meetings
  • Loading invoices to the system

What are we expecting from you:

  • High school education or university student
  • Ability to communicate in English (international team)
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Independence, flexibility, take care about the details

Other information:

  • You will work in our modern offices in Prague 4
  • We are flexible in working hours, depending on mutual agreement – possibility of home office
  • We would be pleased if you can start asap
