Společnost Princip a.s. sídlí v Praze, byla založena v roce 1991 a zabývá se vývojem elektroniky s důrazem na nové technologie. V České republice jsme jedničkou na trhu v telematických službách a poskytujeme služby pro 70 000 vozidel.

V únoru 2017 se firma Princip stala součástí mezinárodní společnosti W.A.G. payment solutions, která patří mezi šest největších evropských poskytovatelů platebních řešení pro silniční mobilitu. Díky tomuto spojení se pro naše produkty otevírají další trhy v Evropě a zahajujeme vývoj nových produktů, mimo jiné pro Evropskou mýtnou službu.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

In the position of Operations Manager you will manage the back office (invoicing, customer set-up) and helpdesk L2 departments (both with their managers).

You will also manage, quality of service, satisfaction, process and policy adherence, and contractual obligations to customer. Your team will responsible also for the stock processes.

You will report to Managing Director.

  • Manage the performance of your direct reports (and downline teams)
  • Train & guide employee on company and account procedures
  • Manage HR related issues
  • Maintain a perfect supplier & customer relationship and keep positive feedback

What are we expecting from you:

  • Experience as a team leader or ideally Operations Manager min 5 years
  • Knowledge of ERP and ticketing systems like NAVISION and JIRA
  • Czech language advanced knowledge (near native)
  • Communicative knowledge of English (company is part of group W.A.G. payment solutions with international working environment)
  • Excellent leadership skills (you will manager team of 30 people)
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
