SENIOR MANAGER POST MERGER INTEGRATIONS

We are looking for self-driven individuals who look for a challenge, supporting our growth as Senior Manager Post Merger Integrations!

This interesting position is a combination of Project Management, Change Management supported by profound business/operations, basic technical understanding and completed by strong implementation/realization ability.

What can you expect on the role:

Contribution to pre-transactional activities:

  • Participate in due diligence and/or new service integration activities
  • Assist in the definition of integration milestones, key value drivers and identification of risks, and define the baseline of operational actions required

Execution of post-transaction integration:

  • Define and establish of post-merger integration discipline/practise (processes, staff, administration)
  • Deliver a set of integration principles that will guide the actions of integration teams
  • Define and establish integration strategy and governance
  • Develop an integration project plan to materialize the full value of the acquisition, efficiencies and synergies involving several organizational systems, such as assets, people, resources, tasks, and the supporting information technology and enable smooth operational and financial integration
  • Manage standard risks, issues and change management agenda
  • Proactively communicate integration issues as they arise and provide follow-up with appropriate team members;
  • Maintain regular communications with the PMO, respective Executive Director (line management), business sponsor
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with all lines of the business

What are we expecting from you:

  • Master Degree or equivalent or a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one of the following disciplines: finance, accounting, economics, pricing, engineering, or project management
  • Prior mergers and integration experience required
  • Profound experience in Project Management standards (preferably PRINCE2)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to indirectly manage others
  • Strong business acumen
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Italian language is a must
  • Substantial knowledge to design and analyse business requirements and business processes
  • Intrinsic motivation, self-driven, high level of resilience
