W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s. is offering an attractive opportunity for a dynamic candidate with few years of experience in Business Planning/Controlling, Sales, CRM or similar area who will join our team of Sales Operation to help in analyzing performance, identifying opportunities and supporting for our commercial network with high quality analyses and insights across markets and service lines.

What can you expect on the role?

  • Contributing to Business and Sales Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Contributing to Business and Sales Controlling and Reporting
  • Setting targets, calculating KPIs for the sales teams
  • Measuring and analyzing business and sales performance, evaluating budgets and KPIs
  • Benchmarking KPIs and performance (in-house but also external)
  • Analyzing market and performance trends and business opportunities
  • Preparing forecasts and pipeline management
  • Business modelling (profitability calculation and forward-looking simulation)
  • Supporting in organization of Business Reviews
  • Improving processes and automation (business controlling and reporting)
  • Creating and providing reports (structure, automation, ad hoc reports, data gathering)
  • Developing Sales & Productivity tools, discount policy support
  • Day-to-day analytical support
  • Active cooperation with other departments within Commercial Division and beyond

What are we expecting from you?

  • Min 2 years of experience in Business Planning/Controlling, Sales, CRM or similar area
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and presentational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English (daily use with international working environment)
  • Strong personality & ability to work independently
  • Focus on business & ability to prioritize
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, VBA, SQL or OLAP is an advantage
