Eurowag, one of the largest European provider of payment solutions for mobility is creating new business model, which requires support of our business units in the European market. You will be responsible for business controlling, analysis, reporting, sales budgeting and forecasting.

What can you expect on the role:

  • Business and Sales Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Business and Sales Controlling and Reporting
  • Target setting, calculating KPIs for the sales teams
  • Analyzing sales performance, evaluating KPIs
  • Benchmarking KPIs and performance (in-house but also external)
  • Planning: Quota planning, proper planning support for Sales
  • Forecasting: Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Business modelling (profitability calculation and forward-looking simulation)
  • Support in organizing Business Reviews
  • Improving processes and automation (business controlling and reporting)
  • Creating and providing reports (structure, automation, ad hoc reports, data gathering)
  • Sales & Productivity tools, discount policy support
  • Other analytical support
  • Improve workflow processes
  • Training within CRT (concerning basic financials), explanations
  • Participation on various meetings with stakeholders

What are we expecting from you:

  • Min 3 years of experience in Business Controlling
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong IT literacy
  • MDX / DAX / VBA / Power Pivot / Power BI is a big advantage
  • Strong analytical and presentational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English (daily use with international working environment)
  • Strong personality & ability to work independently
  • Focus on business & ability to prioritize
