The logistic coordinator role consists of ensuring a premium customer service linked to the delivery of Toll On-Board-Units (OBU) to the clients, return, refurbishment, ensuring optimum stocks management at all storages locations, and allowing urgent OBU replacement when necessary. It also includes control of cost link to the Toll OBU delivery, and the management of the interface with the Telecom partner for SIM card activation/deactivation.

What will you do?

  • Manage the different aspects of the supply chain (if necessary including sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution) for OBUs, POS and Marketing materials.
  • May organize distribution to customers via the selected carrier partner
  • Ensure a permanent control of the stocks of OBU at all storage points
  • Work closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost
  • Support integration of partner data in Eurowag IT system to automate logistic management process
  • Take responsibility for "reverse logistics", such as the return of reusable pallets, collection of packaging for recycling, and the return of rejected or damaged goods, including refurbishment with partners
