We are offering an attractive opportunity for a dynamic personality with the mindset of internal business consultant to join our team of Sales Operations to drive business transformation and overall top-line growth as well as leveraging synergies and optimizing performance across markets and service lines.

What will you do?

  • Identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement and taking steps to exploit the potential
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of various initiatives and projects and being responsible for delivery
  • Being discussion partner to Business and Product owners as well as other senior and middle managers within the company
  • Negotiating with relevant stakeholders to win support for the proposed business solutions
  • Being the right hand of the Head of Sales Operations in preparing proposals for decision in strategic and complex issues
  • Bringing structure and systematic approach while being pragmatic given the resource constraints
  • Providing methodological and analytical support and guidance to relevant stakeholders
  • Designing and actively working on detailed and complex analyses and interpretation of results
  • Cooperating on and contributing to day-to-day operations of the Commercial division

Who we are looking for?

  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant positions, ideally from fast growing companies
  • Experience from Business or Management Consulting is a big advantage
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong and mature personality able to work independently on multiple assignments
  • Focus on business and problem solving with the ability to prioritize
  • Strong computer literacy, advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of English (daily use with international working environment)
