Position is focused on delivery SLA of services connected with Enterprise Systems infrastructure in particularly in WAG premises or in WAG petrol stations.

The administrator will primarily be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting local IT infrastructure at all WAG locations. The role will participate in projects or initiatives to support relevant implementation requirements .

Such candidate must be able to work internally with internal teams (Infrastructure & Security, Development, IT Architecture, Project Management Office), with Operations department and Engineering and Facility department, with business departments and with suppliers (local IT Infrasctructure at fuel station or branches is delivered by 3rd party subjects)

The ideal candidate for this position has strong organization and technical skills and is a self-motivated team player and is willing to travel (1-2x per week within Czech Republic)

What will you do?

  • Infrastructure design, selection, build and operation with aim to fulfil business needs
  • Focus on reliability and maintainability of implemented and operated solutions, infrastructure and applications/services
  • Administration, monitoring, support of implemented technologies
  • L2 support for infrastructure and applications

Who we are looking for?

  • At least 2 years experience with administration of IT assets
  • Very good knowledge of network protocols and IT security
  • Must have practical experience with operation systems and related applications, troubleshooting, incident management, service fulfillment, change management and root cause analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Able to be part of crisis management, cool-headed even in critical situations
  • Driving license B (active driver)
