Friendly HR team is looking for the new team member, who love people and Excel. Do you like this combination? Than you are our person! You will meet people from different part of the world and give them information, which will help them to do the right decision in the right time. We are looking forward to meet you in our team!

What will you do?

  • Calculate and report key HR KPI's and metrics such as retention, turnover and internal HR benchmark data
  • Report key recruitment metrics like hiring cost, internal recruitment trends, vacant position, headcounts
  • Cooperate in implementation of a new online employee annual appraisal module
  • Prepare support data for forecast costs and help to create HR budget
  • Regularly monitor, verify and correct entry data in the internal HR online system
  • Maintain the HR payroll database
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for management

Who we are looking for?

  • Min. 2 years of experience in analysis and data reporting
  • Experience in HR reporting and knowledge of OK system is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent English and communicative Czech language
  • Analytical and systematical skills
  • Communicative and detail-oriented person
