CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR TOLL SYSTEMS

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will learn a lot about European Toll systems
  • Daily contact with Sales and Customer Care teams across Europe, as well as direct customer communication
  • Registration of vehicles to European toll systems
  • Work with our internal Ticketing and Operational Systems
  • Administrative work
  • Continuous trainings

HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?

  • Communicative level of English language (oral and written)
  • Czech and other languages as advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Self-Responsibility, Focus on details, Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in Toll, Banking, Logistics or Administrative sector as advantage
