Project Manager will lead cross-functional project teams – motivates, communicates, formulates objectives and activities and controls delivery within the agreed tolerances defined for cost, scope, schedule and quality. A delivery-focused team-player whose goal is to deliver value to the sponsor and business owners, as well as to internal and external customers. Challenging and innovating whilst understanding current constraints and operational requirements.

  • Lead Agile teams in the role of Scrum Master when applicable (Project delivery method could be either Agile or Waterfall depending on the nature and characteristics of the project)
  • Keep projects simple by reducing complexity and coaching stakeholders to clearly formulate needs, status and constraints
  • Contribute to project submission and approval processes, business cases, designing solutions, creating test scenarios, and lead post-implementation support (hypercare)
  • Coordinate internal teams and external contractors (B2B partners, IT contractors), to make effective use of resources in a multi-project environment
  • Submitting resource requirements and requests to resource owners
  • Deliver project outputs including procurement, contractual and functional documentation in accordance with internal rules
  • Proactive management of risks and issues
  • Monitor and understand the core requirements of the project team, energy levels, motivation and team morale
  • Monitor project spend on both internal and external resources
  • Ensure effective conflict resolution and relentlessly focus on delivery
  • Produce monthly project status reports (PSR), on time and within expected quality
  • Manage-up towards the project’s steering committee and key stakeholders (sponsor, business owner, product owners)
  • Perform post implementation reviews and logging lessons learned
  • Produce project closure reports
  • Maintain communication within the PM community, networking and social events

What do we expect?

  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile PM equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience with project management standards and methodologies such as PRINCE2® or PMBOK®
  • Experience with Jira® and MS Project®

  • Experience with implementing complex integration projects is an advantage
  • Ability to move seamlessly from Agile to Waterfall delivery methods
  • Excellent English written and verbal

  • High level of empathy and interpersonal skills (EQ)
  • Open and dynamic personality with solution-driven thinking and focus on customer and value
  • Ability to quickly decide and perceive issues in a broader context
  • A systematic, responsible and assertive approach, analytical skills and logical thinking

Why do we believe you will feel good with us?

  • We choose newcomers not only by skills but also by whether they could be real colleagues. That is why we work in teams well.
  • There is no chance of a stereotype. Our work is diverse and still evolving. This is one of the reasons why people grow so fast in our country and still learn new things after ten years.
  • We are as big as a corporation but we keep a bit of start-up flexibility. Therefore, we continue to grow during market slumps. And because management listens and takes us seriously, you also have a great chance to influence what is happening in the company.

We take good care of people and our benefits are just a proof:

  • We have flexible working hours and enjoy using our home office.
  • 5 weeks of holiday, 3 sick days, laptop and mobile phone, high adjustable standing desks, multisport card, and meal vouchers or pension/life insurance contributions – that is for sure.
  • We will pay for your courses, training, and language learning on site.
  • Employee fuel card enables you to refuel your vehicle at bargain prices.
  • You can spend one paid day each year as a volunteer. Each of us also has a personal donation budget for the organisation of our choice.
  • Modern offices are 3 minutes from the metro Pankrác.
  • Outside the office, we like to meet regularly at evening informal meetings over a glass of wine.
