EUROWAG is looking for a proactive and experienced professional, who will support us in the transformation of becoming a recognized international technology employer with highly diverse & engaged people offering a unique employee experience.

What will you do?

  • Managing the group’s people processes in respective business units (e.g. talent management, development plans, remuneration review, leadership principles and culture project implementation) and couching BU managers where needed on relevant processes
  • Overseeing business unit organisational structures design (positions, promotions, transfers, reporting lines etc) and re-organisations / change management
  • Ensuring that compensation and remuneration in respective business areas are in line with relevant market and organization practices
  • Supporting the recruitment in the business units and participating in senior role selection process
  • Managing employee retention and leaves in dedicated business areas to identify any gaps in leadership and employee experience design
  • Responsibility for providing BU specific input for the HR budget planning
  • Supporting people operations team in non-regular employee relations issues when required
  • Leading global HR projects or areas (onboarding-offboarding, D&I, engagement surveys etc.)
  • Proactively looking for new HR trends and applying improvements in related areas
  • Doing all the above with a focus on a great employee experience design

How do we imagine you?

  • At least 8 years of HR experience
  • Min. 3 years at the same or similar role in international financial or technology company
  • Experience in working with agile teams
  • Positive attitude towards change and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business needs and priorities
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and proactive with ability to challenge the status quo and influence people around
  • Mature personality with very good interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven on results, accurate and committed person
  • Team player, easily approachable and cooperative
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • MS Office advanced (Excel, Word, Power point, Teams), HR systems
  • Ability to travel internationally on regular basis
