You will help us in building an environment where transparency, inspection and adaptation are in focus. Challenging and innovating whilst understanding current constraints and operational requirements.

What will you do?

  • Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the required work is well understood, enabling the team to continually make forward progress.
  • Helping the team to determine the definition of done for the product, with input from key stakeholders.
  • Coaching the team, within the Scrum principles, in order to deliver high-quality features for its product.
  • Promoting self-organization within the team.
  • Helping the scrum team to avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.
  • Facilitating team events to promote regular progress.
  • Educating key stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles.
  • Coaching the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Understanding and supporting the prioritization process and providing decision support to the product owner, based on the team’s velocity and condition.
  • Shielding the team from outside distractions and interferences.

Who we are looking for?

  • A senior Project Manager / Scrum Master with an eMobility background, ideally with knowledge of alternative fuels, hybrid and smart vehicles.
  • Fleet management experience ideally with electronic vehicles is an advantage.
  • Experience with designing, building and deploying mobile apps is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Scrum Master role, certified Scrum Master is an advantage.
  • Experience in international / multicultural environments is required.
  • Experience with Jira® and MS Project® is an advantage
  • Experience from a start-up environment is an advantage.
