Sales Support Specialist

Main goal of the Sales Support team is to deal with large number of new & existing customer queries. Being a key user of our products such as EVA. You will also become a product subject matter expert to coach the sales team. Support new products releases within sales agile teams and feedback to product owners.

You Will:

  • Support of sales department during implementation of new projects
  • Key-user for CRM in CZ sales department
  • Prepare regular presentation of projects in CZ sales department
  • Bringing new ideas and feedbacks regarding all projects
  • Offer solutions and improvements based on client’s needs
  • Makes GDPR controls
  • Full responsible for complaint
  • Train and create of new manuals
  • 15-20% of contacts will be with customers by email and by phone
  • Use TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activities and reporting
  • Use Daktela system for communication with customers
  • Process a requests in system Navision

You'll Need:

  • Secondary School or University Degree
  • Be sales oriented
  • Good communication skills with English mandatory
  • Interest about technical topics
