LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

As a Legal and Compliance Administrator you will provide administrative support to our Legal Team as well as monitor legislative changes.

WHAT KIND OF WORK IS AWAITING YOU?

  • EW Group entities Corporate Governance management
  • Legislative and regulations monitoring
  • Administration of board’s protocols and related documentation
  • Support of legal & compliance team
  • Communication with external legal advisory suppliers
  • Helping with EW Group’s foreign entities budgeting of external legal services
  • Cooperation with external legal advisory suppliers
  • Administration of invoices for external legal advisory
  • Administration of confidential documents, power of attorneys and internal legal documents
  • Legal dpt. documentation archive management
  • Customer contract template management

HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?

  • Advanced level of English
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Analytical skills
