HR Controller/ Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity in HR

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven individual to support our growth as HR Controller & Data Analyst.

You Will:

- Act as central contact person in HR for personnel cost & FTE management and planning process
- Prepare and implement HR budget forecast and ad hoc analysis for the different stakeholder groups to enable them to steer, take decisions and define actions
- HR KPIs, FTEs and Personnel cost monitoring, reporting and advisory
- Master data management
- Improve the existing personnel data and cost reporting tools and structures
- Strong collaboration with FP&A team (annual budget planning, shared guidelines, tools, methods, structures, aligned approach, etc.)
- Collaboration with HR Budget owners when it comes to the Central HR cost planning
- Financial month/year end activities inc. salaries, bonuses and vacation accruals/provisions calculation and evaluation
- Perform analysis and validation of data to provide accuracy and validity of critical business information
- Contributor to the Digital HR agenda execution and development

You'll Need:

  • Analytical skills paired with systematic approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI skills; experience with any other analytical tools is an advantage
  • Ability to explain complex things in simple words to different audiences and stakeholders
  • Business acumen and strong communication skills
  • English language at advanced level
