Junior Sales Support Specialist with German

As Sales Support Specialist you effectively support all tasks related to sales and customer care for the Austrian and German client and partner base. We are searching for candidate, who can work 25 hours per week.

You Will:

• Preparing sales related material for sales processes
• Checking or filling contract data forms and processing them with internal departments until customer is activated
• Other administrative support (preparing contracts, declarations and all other necessary documents)
• Dealing with CRM system
• Dealing with Navision ERP where necessary
• Manage Jira tickets for all work orders
• Other systems and SW applications, which might apply
• Marketing Support Austria
• Coordinating marketing activities
• Support of customer and industry events
• Checking supply of marketing materials
• Answering customer and partner inquiries directly where possible
• Interacting with HQ CC staff on resolution of incidents/questions
• Supporting customer specific reports
• Running early money collection process in cooperation with internal departments

You'll Need:

• Fluent German, English
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
• Driver licence
• Service oriented personality
