Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator

The Role

If you've got a knack for technical problem solving with a love of all things software / hardware then this could be the role for you. We're searching for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our growing IT team in Prague.

You Will:

• Receive requirements from end-users via defined channels and tools
• Evaluate, sort, and forward requirements to higher levels of support
• Problem management of user troubles.
• Prepare and update relevant documentation including end-user hardware
• Keep KPIs defined by contracts, internal rules, or by manager
• Regularly report to manager
• Cooperate with all parties involved in requirements or tasks solution

You'll Need:

• Secondary school or ongoing university study in the area of information technology or similar
• An Interest in IT
• Communicative English language is mandatory

• Strong motivation to develop a career in IT
• Logical and analytical thinking
• A systematic, responsible and assertive approach
• Knowledge of ways how to deploy operational systems
